The Program Assistant Director for UTA West Recruitment and Academic Partnerships develops recruitment strategies and identify and develop key partnerships with the aim of meeting defined enrollment goals at UTA West. This position plays a pivotal role in promoting UTAand#x2019;s brand new UTA West Campus, engaging with prospective students and applicants through various channels and outreach activities inclusive of college fairs, community events, employee partnership, and all other educational student focused events.The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,400 - $64,899. The final offer will be based on the candidateand#x2019;s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role..Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies focused on transfer, adult learner, and graduate to meet enrollment goals at UTA West campus. Identify the opportunities for articulation agreements to build recruitment pipelines into academic programs.Continue to build and maintain relationships with community colleges, businesses, and other organizations and educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts.Collaborate with academic departments and student services to align recruitment strategies with program offerings.Lead undergraduate-to-graduate pathway exploration and facilitation to recruit students into graduate programs at UTA West.Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment programs, including information sessions, workshops, and community outreach activities.Represent UTA West at education fairs, networking events, and community meetings to promote UTA West academic programs.Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, text campaigns, virtual sessions, and in-person recruitment hosted activities and events, providing detailed information about UTA's graduate programs and undergraduate transfer options.Prospective student interaction will be tracked in Slate CRM.Maintain effective communication with students throughout the prospect to yield pipeline to foster interest and facilitate a smooth transition into UTA West.Facilitate initial credit evaluations for transfer applicants, assisting them in understanding the admissions process and program requirements.Post recruitment cycle conduct analysis of recruitment activities to determine ROI. Use this information to inform the next recruitment cycle.Use application benchmarking reports to determine opportunities for improved application management.Utilize market research to understand trends and needs within the targeted student populationsPerform other duties as assigned..Bachelorand#x2019;s degree.Three (3) years of experience in student recruitment or admissions, with a strong focus on graduate and transfer student populations.Direct work experience with higher education inquiry and application management..Masterand#x2019;s degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.Familiarity with graduate and undergraduate admissions processes, credit evaluation, and transfer policies.
