ManpowerGroup IT Help Desk Support Representative in Fort Worth, Texas
Our client, a leading healthcare technology organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical/Help Desk Support Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Technical/Help Desk Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting healthcare professionals and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical/Help Desk Support Representative
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Range: $20 - $24 on hourly
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday. Shift start times vary based on business needs and training progress, typically between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM CST .
Work Location: Hybrid – Some onsite work required at the Fort Worth office as needed.
What's the Job?
Provide remote technical support to customers using healthcare ordering systems and related software.
Diagnose, research, and resolve technical issues related to ordering workflows, hardware, and software.
Assist with activation and enablement of CSOS certificates and support handheld/mobile devices.
Respond promptly to inbound support requests via phone, chat, and email channels.
Document, track, and monitor incidents and requests accurately in Salesforce to ensure timely resolution.
What's Needed?
1+ year of experience in technical support, help desk, or service desk environments, or customer service with technical troubleshooting responsibilities.
Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to document issues accurately in a case management system.
Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including rotating weekends as required.
