Overview
We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and structures within our facilities.
Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of building systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to complete larger projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
Proven experience in commercial maintenance, with expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
Experience using maintenance management software..
