Customer Service / Collections Representative
Contract-to-Hire (1 Year) | Hybrid
Fort Worth, TX
$22/hour
Start Date: April 27, 2026
We are hiring a Customer Service / Collections Representative to support Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services (MBFS).
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments on active and closed accounts
Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on expired or pending actions
Provide excellent customer service while managing an assigned account queue
Perform skip tracing and assign accounts for repossession when needed
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve escalations
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Handle approx. 20 calls per day
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
1–2 years of customer service and/or collections experience preferred
Automotive or financial services experience a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
