Business Process Control Analyst
Bring your skills and experience as a Business Process Control Analyst at Bell! This position will be responsible for assisting in ensuring business system compliance at Bell, Textron Aviation Defense, and other Textron locations as well as documenting and supporting compliance with Textron processes related to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
What you’ll be doing as a Business Process Control Analyst:
Assist in the performance of business system reviews at Bell, Textron Aviation Defense, and other Textron locations in accordance with DFARS 252.242-7005
Support Bell, Textron Aviation Defense, and other Textron locations, with USG audits of business systems, incurred cost submissions, forward pricing rates, and all other USG audits
Assist Bell, Textron Aviation Defense, and other Textron locations with maintaining CAS Disclosure Statements as required
Assist in the continuous evaluation of compliance with CAS and other regulatory requirements
Help in the preparation of any required General Dollar Magnitudes (GDM) to quantify accounting changes or respond to USG audit reports
Support requests for information from DCAA, DCMA and other USG agencies
Develop positive working relationships with DCAA, DCMA, and internal company personnel
Travel as required
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field
2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, and/or other related field
Knowledge of government contracting requirements
Knowledge of the FAR, DFARS and CAS and how the regulations apply to various businesses
Familiarity with the roles of DCAA, DCMA and other USG agencies
Computer skills with a focus on Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical
