  • ​This job is a member of the Team Member Service Center within the People Division.

  • Responsible for providing resolution to policy, benefits and general team member questions.

What you'll do

  • Demonstrates positive energy, judgement in decision making, appropriate communication methods and team member support.

  • Answers inquiries via phone, chat, fax, email or self-portal.

  • Assists team members with issues surrounding travel, policy and general team member questions.

  • Uses general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge of the database, other reference materials and judgement to resolve team member inquiries.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Previous experience in a high-impact customer service role

  • Fluent in Spanish

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in high volume and adhering to deadlines within a highly confidential environment

  • Knowledge of policies, procedures and familiarity with Jetnet

  • Attention to detail is paramount

  • Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and decision-making skills

  • Self-motivated and work well in a team environment

  • Ability to analyze, research, and effectively respond to inquiries, issues, and complaints

  • This position requires a flexible schedule as it oversees an environment that will be open 5 days a week: Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
