BAE Systems Operations Training Leader in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Job Description
The Operations Training Leader will lead the Quality Assurance Training team in the onboard training needs for new hire hourly associates and drive suitable training initiatives. They will work across departments, functions, and outside organizations to ensure hourly training requirements are not only met but are advanced to meet our business objectives. The Operations Training Leader will assist in creating developmental plans for teams and individuals as directed. They are responsible for managing and coordinating training projects and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training.
The qualified candidate will also have strong leadership and the ability to engage with functional representatives across all levels of the organization, to develop and implement training plans that drive operational excellence across the Fort Wayne site.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years equivalent work experience
Working Knowledge of industry standards IPC-J-STD-001, IPC610
Understanding of international standard AS9100
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
