Construction Laborer – $23/hr
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Start Date: 3/16
1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Remove tape from floors and assist with general cleanup.
Move, organize, and stage materials.
Install metal safety fencing on the robotics floor.
Use tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, hammers, rulers, torque wrenches, and pallet jacks.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Work in a loud, fast‑paced warehouse environment.
What You Need
Core Skills
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Mechanically inclined with assembly and installation experience.
Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Helpful Experience
Reading a tape measure accurately.
Background in construction, carpentry, mechanical assembly, or industrial repair.
Familiarity with inventory handling, quality checks, or forklift operation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
