Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Our client is a creative, fast-paced organization looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping people, learning new things, and being part of a collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is personable, dependable, and open to receiving direction while growing their skills.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
Answer questions, provide product or service information, and resolve issues with a positive attitude
Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Follow established processes while staying flexible in a creative environment
Take direction well and apply feedback to continuously improve
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a creative, team-oriented setting
Ability to take direction and follow instructions consistently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, internal systems)
Prior customer service experience is helpful, but not required
