Actalent Assistant Project Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Description
-Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. -Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to mitigate delays. -Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records. -Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. -Assist in change order management, cost control, and financial tracking. -Participate in site inspections and provide updates on construction activities. -Support the Project Manager in project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Have: -Degree in Construction Management or a related field AND/OR -Min 1+ years of experience in construction project management/assistant project management/project engineer or a similar role -Could be residential, commercial, industrial -Strong knowledge of construction processes -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
