Adecco US, Inc. Clinical Onboarding Specialist in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Clinical Onboarding Specialist for our client in Fort Washington, PA !
Type: 3-month contract, with potential for extension or full-time offer
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Pay: $21 to $25/hr
Location: Onsite Fort Washington, PA 10934
Responsibilities of the Clinical Onboarding Specialist:
Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for clinical hires from offer acceptance through assignment readiness
Ensure clinicians are credentialed, compliant, and cleared to work within two weeks or less
Collect, review, and verify all required documentation, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and client-specific requirements (PA & DE)
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians, providing guidance and support throughout onboarding
Track onboarding progress using ATS/HRIS systems and maintain accurate records
Provide regular status updates to directors and leadership teams
Proactively identify and escalate onboarding delays or risks impacting start dates
Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, and educational teams
Qualifications for the Clinical Onboarding Specialist:
2+ years of experience in onboarding, credentialing, educational/healthcare staffing, or related field
Strong understanding of clinical compliance and credentialing requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, ATS, and HRIS systems
