The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Jr. Program Instructional Assistant to join our team supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), specifically within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering in-person and virtual training pertaining to end user IT tools/technology such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other administrative tools and software. The selected Candidate will research, design, develop and evaluate training courses ensuring the content, structure and follow-on assessments align with learning outcomes and objectives. As part of a larger IT Service Delivery Team, you'll coordinate with back-end support SME’s, Technicians and Engineers to ensure targeted services are promoted prior to new IT capability release.
This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work three days a week at contractor site located at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop training modules and artifacts
Utilize multiple training approaches: virtual, classroom, online material, and learning content.
Customize learning material for relevance of the audience needs and environment.
Gather, review, and analyze course evaluations to determine the effectiveness of training sessions.
Prepare recommendations and reports to senior-level personnel and/or management.
Train all New Hire personnel (Federal & Contractors)
Monitor and track training metrics and evaluation assessment scores, continuously refining trainings based on customer feedback
Coordinate the scheduling, logistics and course preparation for all training offerings.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, focusing on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences
Track and analyze trends using ServiceNow ticketing system to recommend training opportunities
Qualifications:
Required:
Must be able to obtain a DHS EOD suitability or Current DHS EOD preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 1 year of related experience
Proficiency with the following technologies: (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Zoom)
Experience developing customized materials, including manuals, slide decks, e-learning modules.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or cohesively with team members.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Desired:
ITIL Foundation certification
Familiarity with 508 compliancy
Previous Government experience
ServiceNow experience
SnagIt, Captivate, Camtasia or similar multimedia editing tool experience

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,100 - $122,200
