Climate Makers NWFL HVAC Installer Lead in Fort Walton Beach, Florida
As an HVAC Installation Lead, you are the frontline expert responsible for the end-to-end execution of residential and light commercial HVAC change-outs and retrofits. You will manage the job site, lead a helper, and ensure every installation meets our high standards for technical precision and aesthetic quality.
Core Responsibilities:
Full System Installation: Lead the installation and retrofit of A/C units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems according to design plans.
Technical Mastery: clean brazing/welding, run perfect PVC lines, and maintain highly organized electrical wiring for all systems.
Project Leadership: Walk onto a job site, interpret the layout, and manage the workflow from start to finish without constant supervision.
Quality Control and Safety: Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the fly and ensure every install complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Resource Management: Responsible for the company truck, all assigned equipment, and the training/supervision of an installation helper.
Customer Excellence: Act as the face of the company by explaining system operations to homeowners and maintaining a clean, respectful job site.
HVAC Installation Experience (Minimum 2 years) and Basic hand toolsknowledge required.
Valid Driver License required.
