SCOPE OF POSITION:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers. Assist customers with new orders and advises status of orders in process. Serves as primary back-up to the Supply Chain Supervisor. Monitor material readiness for shipments to meet customer demands and expectations. Set up shipments for domestic and International. Prepare all necessary shipping documents that are required.

Processes orders in a timely fashion, meeting all deadlines
Creates the pack list and the Bill of Lading and scans into IMS and sends to the customer as needed
Maintains the Company's professional reputation
Provides consistent feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
Conduct Inventory Cycle Counts as required.
Assists with picking/packing of large customer orders.
Loads/Unloads trucks as requested using a fork truck.
Performs all other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
High School Diploma or GED required.
Self-Starter
Highly Motivated
Good grasp of problem solving techniques
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to continuously lift and/or move 10 pounds and up to 25 pounds
Punctual and regular attendance
Flexible and able to adjust to change
