HTC Global Services Inc Salesforce Business Analyst in Fort Myers, Florida
Expert in understanding business needs and turning them into clear, actionable requirements to guide our enhancements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather user and business input.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
Own and govern business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data models, and system integrations.
Work with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Translate business needs into Salesforce configurations (e.g., objects, fields, page layouts, flows).
Define test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenarios, and business sign‑off.
Validate that solutions meet business requirements and are bug-free before deployment.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide training, create user manuals, and support end-users post-implementation.
Define reporting requirements and assist in building dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.
Support change management initiatives and adoption strategies.
Identify and recommend Salesforce enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
Understand integration points between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing tools).
Work with technical teams to ensure data flows correctly and securely.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, automation, and security concepts.
Proven experience leading requirements for multi‑team or multi‑cloud Salesforce programs.
6+ years of Business Analysis experience with deep, hands‑on Salesforce delivery exposure.
Experience working in Agile / Product‑led delivery environments.
