Salesforce Technical Lead – Sales & Marketing Cloud

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Sales & Marketing Cloud. This role will lead the design and implementation of customer engagement, campaign automation, and marketing intelligence solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of Salesforce LWC and Apex development and Marketing Cloud Connector configuration, AMP scripting, hands on with Journey Building, Campaign Management, and experience configuring reports on Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and technical delivery for Sales & Marketing Cloud solutions

Design and configure scalable customer engagement journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution processes

Provide hands-on leadership in:

  • Marketing Cloud Connector

  • HTML / JavaScript Template development for Marketing Emails

  • AMPscript

  • LWC

  • APEX

  • Journey Builder

  • Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define marketing automation strategies and data-driven engagement solutions

Ensure best practices for subscriber management, data quality, deliverability, personalization, and campaign operations

Design integrations between Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

Lead technical reviews, solution documentation, and release planning

Support reporting, dashboards, analytics, and performance insights across campaigns and customer journeys

Mentor team members on Marketing Cloud capabilities, development standards, and operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of Salesforce experience,

  • Including 2 years of strong experience in Marketing Cloud

  • Proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior marketing technology lead role

  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • Prefer, at least 2 full cycle implementations with marketing Cloud

  • LWC

  • APEX

  • Marketing Cloud Connector

  • HMTL, CSS and a modern JS framework like React

  • AMPscript

  • Journey Builder

  • Campaign Management

Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

Ability to define and enforce best practices across technical design, campaign execution, and platform governance

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer I certification

• Experience with Contact Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and integrations

• Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
