ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Schedule/Hours: 40
This position is responsible for:
Supervises the day-to-day operations and staff of the centers resident facilities; assigns clients housekeeping duties; monitors clients progress in program and ensures compliance with program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy.
Enforces house rules in order to maintain order and peace amongst the clients.
Develops, implements and supervises leisure-time activities both in and out of the center..
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
:
Work is performed in a resident facility where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt and the like.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
High School Diploma or GED AND
Three years experience supervising the operation, housekeeping, maintenance and security of a residence facility OR
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid State Drivers License.
