Description
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. This role requires an individual with strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail, capable of handling financial tasks and ensuring the accuracy of records. If you have a passion for managing accounts and producing reliable financial reports, this position is an excellent opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and update financial information regularly.
• Resolve discrepancies in accounts and address any financial irregularities.
• Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with performing bank reconciliations and financial audits.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
