Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within the investment banking sector. You will work closely with team members and clients, handling administrative tasks with precision and a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and maintain various documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations to support business needs.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, including organizing logistics and ensuring timely communication.
• Oversee database management, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for team members.
• Facilitate client interactions and provide exceptional service to maintain strong relationships.
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Schedule appointments and manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and support.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete tasks effectively. Requirements • Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial services or fixed income is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients.
• Series 7 and Series 66 certifications are preferred (willing to sponsor if necessary).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
