Job Description
We are currently seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our Software QA team at our North American headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This opportunity arises from our continued success and sustained growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying software modules within our Quantum and Quantum Informatics products.
Responsibilities
Design verification strategies, develop verification plans, and perform verification of medical device software.
Develop and configure automated testing programs.
Design and write software for hardware and function testing.
Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to create user acceptance software test cases.
Conduct ad-hoc testing of new developments.
Execute test plans and perform regression testing.
Identify reproducible bugs and generate detailed bug reports.
Track bug fixes through to completion.
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience with PCB testing and troubleshooting.
Professional experience in software testing.
Proficiency in advanced features of Microsoft Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Logical thinking with well-developed problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Familiarity with electronics and usage of oscilloscopes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Physics or mechanical understanding of flows and pressures.
Experience with Atlassian Jira.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
