We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Specialist to coordinate and lead projects from initiation through execution. In this role, you will ensure deadlines, deliverables, and responsibilities stay on track while supporting sales teams, driving RFP/RFI development, and coordinating cross?functional efforts that directly contribute to customer and program success.
This role thrives in a dynamic hybrid environment and requires strong prioritization skills, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Project Leadership & Coordination
Lead end?to?end project planning, execution, and delivery.
Create timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress toward milestones.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints; proactively remove roadblocks.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports for senior leadership.
Provide guidance to cross?functional contributors; may lead or direct the work of others.
Apply a broad range of project management practices and creative problem solving to meet objectives.
Ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope, goals, and expectations.
Sales Support & Program Execution
Lead coordination and execution across IA programs and initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Partner with sales teams to support deal strategy, pricing efforts, and execution planning.
Develop, manage, and submit high?quality RFP/RFI responses aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Track milestones, risks, metrics, and deliverables to ensure predictable program outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross?functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred .
2–4 years of project management or related experience.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?moving environment.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem?solving skills.
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy.

Pay Details: $37.00 per hour
