Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate customer quotes to ensure all details are captured correctly.

• Proactively follow up with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and enhance overall satisfaction.

• Perform data entry tasks across internal systems to ensure records are current and precise.

• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience.

• Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the department.

• Respond to inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and move opportunities forward.

• Provide timely and accurate order entry to support sales and client service processes.

• Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members for resolution. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfort with learning and navigating new systems and processes efficiently.

• Familiarity with order entry, inbound and outbound call handling, and related customer service tools.

• A team-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
