Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Multi skill positions to join their team. As a Multi skill positions, you will be part of the Segment 2 (Service Team) supporting mold preparation and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fort Madison, IA
Pay Range:
Shift: 2:55pm - 11:25pm
What's the Job?
Perform all preparation activities to the molds prior to the start of packing operations
Receive and perform work assignments, following oral and written instructions
Document mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and removal processes
Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used for mold assembly and inspection
Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality standards are met
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, lifting equipment
Ability to acquire PIME license and LOTO certification
Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and Crown Wave equipment after training
