Role Overview
Sodexo At School is seeking our next General Manger for K-12 Food Service Operations in Fort Lupton, CO. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do
Have oversight of day-to-day food service operations including but not limited to - supply management, menu development, employee engagement, HR, and training
Deliver high quality food service
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to promote best practices, training, and staff recognition
Develop strategic plans
Ensure Sodexo standards are met

What You Bring
A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
High level of computer literacy and skill-set and experience with Microsoft Office, POS Systems, and Nutritional Software
Experience with National School Lunch Program preferred

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate’s degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
