Position: General Laborer
Requirements:
Extensive hours during planting season. Extensive exposure to weeds and pollen. Possible exposure to chemicals related to the greenhouse industry. Ability to push/pull carts loaded with plant material weighing up to 350 lbs., no experience required, will train. Drug testing during employment for cause paid by employer. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company.

Job Description:
Workers will move product to different locations on our site. Construct plant trays, prepare trays with soil & transplant with various types & sizes of plants, water & fertilize plants. They will also help gather orders and help prep for shipment on our trucks. Extensive weeding & shoveling when time permits.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 48 hours per week
Monday - Saturday, Start/End times vary, schedule varies during planting season, some Sundays/holidays required.
Schedule: 8 hour days 8am-5pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 2/1/2026 - 6/30/2026

Pay: $16.28/hr.
Effective 1/1/25: Overtime must be paid after 48 hours/week, or 56 hours/week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers
