Bank Of Colorado Central Ops Officer Assistant in Fort Lupton, Colorado

Serves as an assistant to Central Operations Team.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

·        Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate person or voice mail. Take messages if needed.

·        Monitor and orders office supplies as needed.

·        Assist with clerical duties including filing, computer input, and reporting as requested. Handles confidential and sensitive information.

·        Coordinate proper coding, monitoring, and reporting for public funds deposits.

·        Review and process invoices received centrally for submission to Accounts Payable department. Perform research and error resolution as necessary.

·        Assist with special projects assigned by management.

·        Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

·        Regular and reliable attendance.

·        Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality.

·        Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.

·        Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.

·        Knowledge of internal banking systems (Navigator, Director, etc.)

·        Skill in communicating with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.

·        Skill in multitasking.

·        Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.

·        Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.

·        Ability to function as a team player.

Education and Experience

·        High school graduate or equivalent.

·        Previous 3-6 years banking or administrative experience. 

·        Proficient in Microsoft products.
