The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOFETOPS SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator, you will provide senior level expertise in SOF Sensitive Activities (SA) and Intelligence Operations, including supervising, directing, or managing SA/Intel Operations to the 1st SFC(A) GX and ARSOF CSUs. You will coordinate, plan, organize, and integrate SA within the 1st SFC(A) GX and ARSOF CSU aligned SAMMCs. You will provide advisement on requirements, authorities (fiscal, intelligence, and operational), and effectively communicating them to stakeholders. The SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator advises on SA mission management structure and function across ARSOF and Joint SOF forces. Applies expertise in JOPES, ADM, and MDMP to support Joint SOF SA operations across the spectrum. You will deliver tactical, operational, and strategic-level documentation (OPLANs, CONOPs, EXORDs) to inform decision-making and execution. You will advise on the formal Intelligence Community accepted systems, processes, and formats to effectively employ SOF SA units of action across the globe. You will assist with operational and intelligence planning efforts that span the entire joint planning process, intelligence cycles and operations cycle, providing expertise in joint planning and operational design flow to the supported command. You will facilitate the fusion of intelligence with operational plans by leveraging enablers, subject matter experts, technicians, and IC networks/tools. The Integrator engages directly with SOF leaders and staff to develop products that inform CONOPs, CONEMPs, assessments, and planning documents for senior decision makers. Additionally, you will provide sensitive activities expertise and develops requirements in support of GCC/FCC objectives, conducting compartmented planning for operations in highly sensitive environments. The position also provides operational planning expertise by integrating intelligence doctrine, operations, policy, authorities, and lessons learned to support senior leader decision-making, while producing and executing SOF orders and operations, conducting battle tracking, and maintaining situational awareness of SOF sensitive activities for the command. You will provide expertise in IC coordination and deconfliction through Intelligence Community Directive procedures. Furthermore, you will provide expertise in cable writing, GCOMS/G2G, and IC/SOCOM/ARSOF doctrine, policy, and procedures, case management and capability integration into SOF SA operations and training. Assists in planning Irregular Warfare, implementation of SAP/STO capabilities, Information Operations (IO), Psychological Operations, Military Deception (MILDEC), Electronic Warfare (EW), as well as Cyberspace and Space Operations.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain interface with senior levels of Customer organizations and consult with Customers to formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformity with program and project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
Provide mentorship to assigned contractor personnel.
Serve as an embedded SA Intelligence and Operations Integrator if required.
Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in SA pathway development supporting ARSOF and parent Theatre Special Operations Commands.
Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence and planning material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
Teach, coach, and mentor supported SOF unit intelligence and operational personnel to master these activities.
Supervise other Analysts, Planners, and Integrators in the development of a range of operations and intelligence products as well as material and training solutions.
Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance with a current polygraph.
Former Intelligence Case Officer or Special Operations field grade officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer with a minimum of 12 years recent experience conducting Sensitive Activities and 4 or more years managing SA in the IA or SOF.
Candidate must be a graduate of an IA Category 1 Collector producing course or be an Advanced Special Operations Training Course (ASOTC) (or equivalent) graduate; Special Warfare Training Course (SWTC), Jedburgh Individual Training Course (JITC) or ASOT Manager’s Course graduation is preferred.
Demonstrated experience conducting, supporting, and/or managing sensitive activities in the AFRICOM AOR and the Joint Planning Process is preferred.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written; possess the ability to organize and deliver verbal and written products that achieve an exceptionally high standard.
Critical and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with limited oversight or as part of a diverse team.
Desired:
More than 10 years of SA operational experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
