Hilton Front Desk Supervisor - GALLERYone Doubletree Suites by Hilton in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Our 231 room hotel is located on the intracoastal waterway, less than a five-minute walk from Galleria Fort Lauderdale. The beach is a half mile east and it's a five-mile drive to conventions and cruises at Port Everglades. Our 5 team members report to the Director of Front Office.

The ideal candidate holds 2 years experience as a Guest Service Agent within hotels. Ability to work the varying shifts.

Shift Pattern : Full Availability (AM/PM/Overnight) Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed.

Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour plus the opportunity to earn additional income through incentives.

What will I be doing?

  • Oversees front desk operations.
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Resolves customer complaints.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
