Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job Description
Perform maintenance and repair on a variety of aircraft in compliance with specific manufacturers and FAA guidelines and regulations. Adhere to company policies and procedures while troubleshooting electrical malfunctions on aircraft avionics systems.
Responsibilities
Conduct maintenance and repair on corporate business jets.
Comply with FAA and manufacturer guidelines and regulations.
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions on avionics systems.
Install avionics, including Starlink and GOGO systems.
Perform electrical repairs and harness installations.
Utilize Gulfstream experience for troubleshooting and repair tasks.
Essential Skills
2-4 years of experience on corporate jets for Tech Level II.
7+ years of experience on corporate jets for Tech Level III.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems.
Experience with avionics installation and electrical repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with corporate business jets.
Familiarity with Starlink and GOGO installations.
Ability to work in a hangar environment.

Work Environment
Work within a hangar environment with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with overtime offered. Dress code is suitable for a hangar setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
