Aluminum MIG Welder – Join a Growing Manufacturing Team!

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Aluminum MIG Welder to join our fast‑paced, 40+ person production team. If you take pride in precision welding and want to contribute to building high‑quality waterfront equipment, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform high‑quality MIG welding on aluminum components.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.

  • Assist with various stages of the fabrication process.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail to meet our quality standards.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of MIG welding experience , specifically with aluminum.

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed welding instructions.

  • Strong fabrication skills and a commitment to producing excellent work.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Indoor production facility focused on aluminum fabrication (not temperature‑controlled).

  • Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM , with opportunities for overtime after 4:00 PM or on Saturday mornings.

  • Hands‑on, active role in a supportive team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
