About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Aluminum MIG Welder to join our fast‑paced, 40+ person production team. If you take pride in precision welding and want to contribute to building high‑quality waterfront equipment, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do
Perform high‑quality MIG welding on aluminum components.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
Assist with various stages of the fabrication process.
Maintain strong attention to detail to meet our quality standards.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of MIG welding experience , specifically with aluminum.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed welding instructions.
Strong fabrication skills and a commitment to producing excellent work.

Work Environment & Schedule
Indoor production facility focused on aluminum fabrication (not temperature‑controlled).
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM , with opportunities for overtime after 4:00 PM or on Saturday mornings.
Hands‑on, active role in a supportive team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
