This role is critical to scaling BillGO's Enrollment Specialist team and expanding adoption of the BillGO Exchange network. As a Team Lead, you will coach, motivate, and guide a group of inside sales professionals who are helping small businesses move away from paper checks and into faster, more secure digital payments.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Inside Sales and Enrollment Specialists to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Inspire strong outbound sales execution while reinforcing quality, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management through call reviews, one-on-ones, and training sessions.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Leadership to execute sales strategies and improve processes.
  • Manage team administrative responsibilities including timecards, time-off requests, and scheduling.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture rooted in accountability, learning, and shared success.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and sales team in cross-functional discussions to drive product and process improvements.
Qualifications
What You Bring
  • Proven experience leading an inside sales team, preferably in B2B or business services.
  • Strong background in high-volume or transactional sales environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work in a highly collaborative, in-office environment.
Compensation

Compensation includes both a base salary and the opportunity to earn performance-based commission.

$60,300 -- $82,000 per year (base salary)

Commission potential is tied to individual and team performance, providing meaningful upside as you help grow the BillGO Exchange network.

Location

This role is based in BillGO's headquarters in Fort Collins, CO. We value building and growing our teams face to face and believe in the power of in-person collaboration.
