Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role involves managing shipping operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory records.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage shipping software such as UPS or FedEx.
Print and organize labels and documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and tracking numbers.
Perform data entry using basic computer skills, including email, Excel, or ERP/WMS systems.
Utilize barcode scanners, scales, and packing equipment efficiently.
Maintain familiarity with inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
Ensure attention to detail and organizational skills in all tasks.
Apply basic math skills in daily operations.
Manage time effectively to meet shipping deadlines.
Communicate clearly with team members and management.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
