Work with large and complex geospatial file structures, ensuring data is organized, accessible, and well documented.
Perform geometric fixes and corrections to improve the spatial accuracy and integrity of geospatial datasets.
Execute orthorectification processes on imagery and other spatial data to correct for sensor and terrain distortions.
Conflate multiple geospatial datasets, integrating and aligning them to create unified, consistent data layers.
Update and modify existing datasets to reflect new information, corrections, and enhancements.

Strong understanding of geography and geospatial concepts.
Proficiency in working with geospatial data, including vector, raster, and imagery datasets.
Ability to perform cartographic design and map production using professional mapping software.
Knowledge of geometric corrections, orthorectification, and conflation techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in Geography or Geology, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with satellite-derived data and remote sensing imagery.
Familiarity with broader geospatial workflows, including data integration and quality control.
Ability to communicate geospatial concepts and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in staying current with advancements in GIS, mapping software, and geospatial technologies.
Work Environment

After training, you may work 100% remotely if that best fits your needs. If you prefer to work in the office, you will be in an open seating environment with approximately 80–100 colleagues in a shared area, while still working independently on your own tasks. The dress code is relaxed; jeans and a T-shirt are acceptable, and business casual attire is also welcome if preferred. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the option to work four 10-hour shifts instead of five 8-hour days, allowing for a set but flexible schedule that can be tailored to your needs.
