Launch your career in Facilities Management at JLL! This is an entry-level position and can provide opportunities for growth in the facilities management field. You will work as part of a facilities management team of 5 at a 250K sq ft client corporate campus managed by JLL.

Location: Fort Collins, CO 80528Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMReporting To: Assistant Facility ManagerEstimated Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 an hour, the range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A job offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data

Job Summary:

Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with Facility Manager and Assistant Facility Manager to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests, escort vendors, oversee the CMMS system and service/construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Function:

Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives

Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested

Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned

Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL

Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities

Assist with Recycling activities/Management of materials onsite

Communication and Relationship Coordination:

Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility

Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests

Ensure appropriate follow up with customers

Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption

Compliance:

Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security/safety protocols

Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting

Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Education/Training:

High school degree or GED equivalent

Military service or higher education in a related field such as business, hospitality, facility/property management is desirable but not required

Years of Relevant experience:

2+ years' prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field

Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo is desirable but not required

Skills and Knowledge:

Superior customer service skills and orientation

Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations

Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills

Strong organizational skills and collaborative style

Other Abilities:

Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

52,000.00 - 62,400.00 USD per year
