Job Title: Simulation InteractorJob Description
Simulation Interactors conduct constructive simulation experiments (SIMEX) in support of Army Maneuver Concepts and Capabilities Development. They provide a human-to-machine interface ensuring accurate execution of the tactical orders and battle scenarios. This role is responsible for the real-time operation of testing scenarios, as well as testing the limitations of software and its components. Daily involvement includes planning, testing, operating, and conducting after-action reviews of specified Army scenarios.
Responsibilities
Conduct constructive simulation experiments (SIMEX) in support of Army Maneuver Concepts and Capabilities Development.
Provide human-to-machine interface for accurate execution of tactical orders and battle scenarios.
Operate testing scenarios in real time and test the limitations of software and its components.
Participate in planning, testing, operating, and after-action reviews of specified Army scenarios.
Essential Skills
Experience in military operations and tactics.
Proficiency in computer operation.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Experience with OneSAF simulation.
High school diploma.
At least one successful enlistment in any military branch.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Veteran status is preferred.
Ideal candidates come from a combat arms unit.
Access to Fort Benning is required.
Work Environment
The work environment is indoors at individual work stations located on the Main Post. An Active Secret Clearance is required. The site does not allow electronics or outside notebooks, ensuring a secure and focused work setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Benning, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
