JOB REQUIREMENTS: This list of essential functions and responsibilities is not all inclusive and maybe expanded to include other duties as management may deem necessary for the needs of the company. - Daily animal husbandry. - Daily additional animal care as mandated by the research protocol. - Assist with the collection of research samples (feed, milk, blood, urine, fecal, ect) - Prep all trial products/items as assigned by the Director of Research. - Assist with the movement of cows/calves including pen assignments for trial work. - Collect, record, and manage trial data accurately and consistently while preserving confidentiality of the data. - Complete all trial work assignments and clerical work in a timely manner. - Run errands for farm and trial supplies. - Complete all shared housekeeping responsibilities. - Complete all other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Animal care mindfulness. Good effective communication with team members, vendors, and customers. Effective time management skills. Manage data integrity and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel experience required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to write reports and documentation of research trials.
