As a PCT, you\'ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Schedule Expectations Shift Structure: Typically consists of 10 to 12-hour shifts, 3 to 4 days/week. Operating Hours: Requires a flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends (often rotating Saturdays), and holidays. Shifts often start as early as 4:00AM. Location Flexibility: Willingness to float between local clinics if needed to support patient care needs.
