Looking for an individual who is a punctual, reliable, team player with a good work ethic who is looking to become a long-term indispensable part of our team. YOU MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING OF HVAC new construction installation. Must be able to do start-ups and communicate to subtractor crewsSite Supervision, Safety and Management. Regularly visiting the sites to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met and ensuring that the sites are clean, organized and running efficiently.Scheduling and Logistics: Must update project schedules, schedule subcontractors and ensure materials arrive when needed. Punch lists: Managing and assisting in final inspections and corrective work. Assisting in the final steps prior to inspections. May include installation of some materials, start-ups, maintenance calls, making sure all completed units are reported for paymentSKILLS REQUIRED:Manage equipment and material orders and logisticsTrack progress across multiple projects.Able read and understand and follow blueprints Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsCoordinate and track the progress of projectsManage subcontractorsSecure and monitor materials and supplies on site for waste or theftCandidates must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and must be super organized.This position does require traveling to sites throughout New Jersey. Fleet vehicle provided.Valid driver’s license required. Background check may be required depending on site.
