Aerotek Maintenance Technician Lead in Forest, Mississippi
Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and reliability of facility and production systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related infrastructure. This role ensures equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.
The Maintenance Lead also serves in a leadership capacity as needed, providing direction and support to plant personnel during special projects or in the absence of the Plant Manager.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
