Award Staffing Digital Press Operator- Night Shift in Forest Lake, Minnesota
Job Duties
Our Digital Press Operator work week is Mon-Thurs with hours starting at 5:00 pm until 3:30 am. This job is a General Labor type position that is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs prep, setup, and printing of orders in the digital department with quality and attention to detail.
Our digital print workflow requires an individual that is willing to collaborate with team members and can demonstrate comprehension of multiple print processes.
Additionally, we are looking for motivated individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Reading and interpreting job tickets.
Prepping and printing digital orders.
Prioritizing orders per job queue.
Coordinating with other departments.
Quality control.
Locating product and supplies in the warehouse.
Troubleshooting machine issues.
Some assembly and packing of orders.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Requires manual dexterity and the ability to distinguish colors accurately.

Minimum Experience Required
Requirements and Qualifications:
Printing experience is a plus.
Ability to work while standing most of the day.
Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with and adjusting machines.
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, etc.) a must.
Computer skills.
Performs well in fast-paced environment.
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
