Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Forest Hills, New York. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with both physical and electronic records. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate data and supporting the nonprofit's operational needs.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into the organization's electronic health record (EHR) system, AdvancedMD.
• Organize and digitize physical files to ensure seamless record management.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity and accuracy of stored information.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
• Provide assistance in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Identify and resolve errors or discrepancies in records promptly.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall team productivity.
• Uphold organizational standards and comply with data management protocols. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably AdvancedMD.
• Strong computer operation skills and familiarity with data entry software.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with both physical and digital files.
• Personable and able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
