Schedule
12-Hour Shifts On A 2-2-3 Schedule Rotation
7PM-7AM
$1.50/Hour Shift Differential For Hours Worked Between 3PM-7AM
What You Will Do
Operate a forklift to press and strap completed boxes of bags and wrap the completed cases.
Keep pallets, corrugated cases, and other materials stocked for machine operators.
Assist the Inspector/Packer in packing finished product as needed.
Transport paper waste from each machine to the baler & process it accordingly.
Document inventory when boxes are completed.
Notify the machine operator of any definite or potential non-conformance issues.
Read work orders to ensure correct material use and quality specifications.
Perform scheduled quality checks for early detection of issues and report issues for early correction.
Maintain a reasonably clean and clutter-free work space.
Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines and report on safety concerns as they arise.
Continuously upskill and learn to troubleshoot minor issues.
Train new teammates as needed.
Wear required PPE at all times while on the production floor.
Work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
What you Bring
Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment—someone who takes initiative and manages their own workflow effectively.
Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to quickly assess issues and make sound decisions on the floor.
Physically capable of standing, bending, walking, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily work.
Flexible team player willing to assist with additional tasks to support smooth plant operations.
Prior forklift operating experience is preferred, but not required.
