PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Heat Treat Technician to join our growing team on 3rd shift. If you’re reliable, motivated, and ready to learn, this is your opportunity to launch a long‑term career in aerospace manufacturing.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay: $24.23
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
In this hands‑on role, you’ll work with high‑performance alloys, operate advanced furnace systems, and build the precision and skill needed to grow in one of the most exciting industries.
Responsibilities
Assist with heat treating of aluminum, titanium, stainless, and alloy steels
Follow heat treat schedules and operate furnace controllers
Load/unload furnaces and prepare parts for optimal heat distribution
Perform hardness testing and interpret results
Conduct furnace accuracy/uniformity checks
Move materials and maintain a clean, safe work area
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Must have basic understanding of Heat-Treat Scheduling
Must be familiar with the operation, adjustment and routine maintenance of all furnace controllers
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks
Basic math and computer skills
Forklift certification
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn

Pay Details: $24.23 per hour
