JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Technician II Job ID 2025-9528 # of Openings 1 State WI City Fond du Lac ZIP Code 54935 Shift Weekend- Days Overview Performs maintenance and repairs for the company\'s equipment, machinery, and facility; includes light and heavy equipment work. Follows established procedures and adheres to safety standards. Responsibilities Performs routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems. Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance according to procedures to ensure minimal downtime of equipment. Repairs andmaintainsthe physical structure of the facility, including doors, windows, and flooring. Provides support to other departmentsregardingprocess and/or equipment changes. Trainsandmentorsnew maintenance associates. Installsequipment, components, and systems with and without outside services. Identifiesandreportspotential safety hazards.Appliescorrective action(s)asnecessary. Maintainsaccuraterecords of maintenance activities, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies. Inspects tools, parts, and equipment regularly to ensure good workingcondition, and requests replacements as needed. Follows all safety regulations and wearsappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Skills Requirements Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Proficiencywith hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience. Experience Requirements Three years ofmaintenance experience. Physical & Environmental Requirements Some physicaldemand;often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material. Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting,crawlingand/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours). Ability tooperatemotorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours). Ability to standand /or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours). May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
