Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Our experienced machinists are equipped with an extensive range of CNC lathes and machining centers, capable of handling diverse precision machining, secondary machining, and sub-assembly projects. We ensure consistent quality and attention to detail for both low and high-volume parts, maintaining competitive pricing, exceptional quality standards, and timely delivery for every project.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathes and machining centers to perform precision machining tasks.
Utilize micrometers, calipers, and blueprints for accurate measurements and quality assurance.
Ensure timely delivery of machined parts while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Participate in secondary machining and sub-assembly projects as required.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience operating a caliper/micrometer.
1-2 years of experience operating a Mill or Lathe is a plus.
Proficiency in using CNC equipment and tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to consistently arrive on time each day.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new machining techniques and technologies.

Work Environment
Our 50,000 square-foot facility includes energy-efficient office and conferencing areas, with 45,000 square feet dedicated to lean manufacturing. The environment is bright, air-conditioned, and features a complete metrology lab, assembly/packaging room, and a spacious shipping area. This is a Permanent position based out of Fond Du Lac, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
