Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
Join our team as a Carpenter, specializing in rough carpentry for a commercial construction project. You will focus exclusively on framing and general labor duties, utilizing all types of hand tools on a daily basis. Your tasks will include using power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to prepare materials for framing.
Responsibilities
Perform rough carpentry and framing tasks for commercial construction projects.
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws.
Engage in general labor duties as required by the project.
Assist with demolition work on construction sites.
Contribute to pouring sidewalks when necessary.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months of experience in framing new construction.
At least 6 months of experience using power tools such as power drills, reciprocating saws, and nail guns.
6 months of demolition work experience on a construction site.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
