Solstice Advanced Materials Sr Account Manager-Metals, Alloys, and Polymers in Fombell, Pennsylvania

As a Sr Account Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for driving commercial success for products within the Lithography & Deposition Solutions (LDS) business. This position will have both direct sales as well as some commercial product management responsibilities, and will report directly to our Sr. Product Manager, Team Lead. The sales responsibilities will support the Fombell, PA Upstream Metals business, and the commercial support aspects will support the same as well as the Electronic Polymers (EP) business.

In this role, you will help drive demand for existing customers and develop new customers for Titanium and other alloys produced out of the Solstice Advanced Materials Fombell, PA production facility. This will include commercial and financial analysis, direct customer integration, and maintaining close alignment with plant operations. The successful candidate will maximize the growth, profitability, and customer success in the Upstream Metals and EP product lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide product management/commercial support for Upstream Metals and EP businesses

  • Provide direct sales responsibility for Upstream Metals

  • Develop new business opportunities for Upstream Metals

  • Provide commercial support for project execution and qualifications

  • Provide commercial input for SIOP process

  • Support P&L management

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or related roles

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work with large sets of data

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with customers directly

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Experience in developing product strategies and executing product launches

  • Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques

  • Experience in the electronic materials industry

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary for this position is $93k - $120k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive eligible.
