Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
This is a swing shift position from Monday to Friday, starting at 6 AM. The role involves assembling and testing electronic assemblies to ensure they meet specified tolerances and product specifications. You will be identifying units that fail tests or tolerance levels and making necessary repairs. You will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform your duties effectively.
Responsibilities
Assemble inverters following detailed assembly instructions while employing high-quality practices.
Perform soldering of capacitors and modification of boards.
Assemble hardware and conduct hi-pot testing of assemblies.
Set frequencies and mix and pour epoxy to pot electronic assemblies.
Accurately report lot codes and frequency settings.
Maintain the cleanliness of the shop.
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Essential Skills
Experience in electrical assembly for 1-2 years.
Proficiency in electrical wiring and reading schematics.
Ability to work independently as well as under direct supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- No specific certifications or education required.
Work Environment
Work in a clean warehouse setting during a 6 AM shift with no overtime required. The company is expanding, which offers exciting growth opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Folsom, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
