Vulcan Inc. General Production Machine Operator in Foley, Alabama
Were seeking a Washer/Slitter Operator to join our production team.
This role focuses on operating and monitoring the machinery that cuts large, wide rolls of material into strips narrowing different lengths and widths.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor washing/slitting machines Inspect finished products for quality Adjust machine settings to optimize performance Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe work environment Document production data and report issues Work collaboratively to meet production goals Flexibility to move to other roles as needed
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to be reassigned as business needs change Ability to work a rotating schedule
Starting at $18/hr
