Key Responsibilities:
To grow sales volume and value of assigned accounts
To build good relationship, manage and negotiate with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), store staffs as well as store owners in order to influence and motivate them to support our brands and trade activities
Conduct daily field visits (primarily outdoor work) according to call route
To provide detailing to ECP and store staffs, in order to convey correct product benefits to consumers
To ensure in-store visibility in every store
To explore and open new accounts in assigned districts
To handle trade operation matters
To collect market intelligence
Requirement:
Degree or High Diploma holder of Science / Marketing or related disciplines
At least2 yearsB2B sales experience
Experience in FMCG or medical/optical industry is advantageous. is highly preferred
With contact lens product knowledge will be bonus
Outgoing and good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, sales-oriented, detail minded, responsible and sales driven
